Our 3D Design Program includes detailed floor-plan arrangements, digital sketching, and architectural services. We're creating blueprints and ensuring all code planning is addressed. This phase takes a bit longer for custom homes because we're meticulously crafting every detail around your specific vision, ensuring it's efficient, functional, and reflective of how you'll live. Your input is vital here for approvals.
Step 3: Permitting & Material Ordering (4-6 weeks, often concurrent). Once the designs are finalized and approved, we submit for any necessary permits. This timeframe can vary depending on local agencies, but our experience working with city and county stakeholders helps us navigate this smoothly. Concurrently, with your deposit placed, we order the initial materials for your unique build. Custom features or unique material choices can sometimes extend lead times here, but we keep you in the loop.
