This isn't just pretty pictures; it's the detailed blueprint that allows us to accurately price out your entire build. Once that design is finalized and your deposit is placed, we get busy ordering all the initial materials needed for your home.
This ensures everything is ready when construction begins. Our standard build timeline for a custom tiny home is generally around 90 days. Of course, if your design includes a lot of super custom features or you decide on changes during the build, it might take a bit longer – but we keep you in the loop every step of the way.
